History

Old Barn

In 1920, a small group of Swedish immigrants began a Church in the farming community of Cloverland, Wisconsin. The first worship services were held in a sheep fold. The years to follow would shape the community so that the church became a significant part of Cloverland’s identity. The church provided a vital place where the community could gather for worship and fellowship. The nearly 100 years of its history is filled with stories of faithful believers that shared their lives in building the community and helping many anchor their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Although the church has changed names and affiliation with national organizations, it is appreciative of the contribution of past members and their vital work to maintain a strong voice for the gospel in the area.

Today, Cloverland Bible Baptist Church is a vibrant independent church that continues with the gospel message of salvation through Jesus Christ and the desire to share His Word with all.
